The show she played in 92 performances were praised by Canadian reviewers. The opportunity was presented to her to enroll in the Stratford Conservatory. The school accepts only eight men and four woman for a crash course in the art of classical theater. Contractor was eager to accept. Contractor was guaranteed a spot in the next season of productions and was offered the part in the role of Hermia In A Midsummer Night's Dream.
