Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. Her career was successful acting in television. Her first appearance was on the morning soap operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo has been an American actress and performer since the 10th of October, 1977. Born in the Bronx, New York, United States. Navedo started her acting career in an afternoon soap. She starred in the ABC soap opera One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. Then in 1999, she joined in the ensemble of CBS soap drama Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her first film appearance was in the role of Girl 6 in 1996. She went on to star as a character in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo was on Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the year after. Navedo was a regular actor in the NBC drama series Law & Order between 2001 and 2004, playing Detective Ana Cordova. In the following years, he appeared on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo appeared in a number of movies including El Cantante (The Cantante) and Remember Me. Navedo was a regular character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 to the year 2013. Superfast! was her first film. The Fast and the Furious Parody, released in 2015 is a parody of the Fast and Furious Film series. Navedo launched her acting career in the soap operas of daytime. Linda Soto was her role in ABC's One Life to Live between 1995 until 1997. In 1999, she was Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. The actress made her debut in the film industry by appearing in Girl 6 (1996), and went on to guest star in New York Undercover and The District. Navedo appeared as a co-star in Double Take (2002), the comedy action film.
